Every PC we sell is carefully built, prepared, and tested before it leaves us.

Our Ready to Ship PCs are systems that are ready for us to complete and dispatch quickly, based on our current order queue.

Orders are processed in date order, and the estimated dispatch timeframe will be shown on each product page where applicable.

Please note that during busy periods, such as major sales events, Christmas, and other peak times, dispatch times may be longer than usual. While we always aim to ship within the stated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to demand, parts availability, courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Custom PCs are built to order.

Once your order is received, we process the order, assemble your system, complete setup, and run testing to ensure everything is working correctly before dispatch.

We aim to dispatch most custom PC builds within approximately 5–10 business days.

This timeframe is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed dispatch date. Higher-end builds, specialised parts, custom requests, parts availability, or periods of high demand may affect the build time.

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, accessories, peripherals, and components are usually subject to approximately 1 business day handling time and will be shipped as soon as possible.

We use trusted delivery services such as Australia Post, StarTrack, or other courier services depending on the product, delivery location, and shipping option selected.

Once your order is in transit, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s network.
